Identify needs
The group mobilises the necessary human and operational resources to understand members’ expectations and prepare purchasing campaigns.
Take part in negotiations
During purchasing campaigns, each member company can take an active role in the relevant sector committees.
Validate collectively
Final decisions are made with the approval of the executive committee, which provides the link between members and the board of directors.
Contract
Final agreements are formalised in contracts between approved suppliers and GERBOPA members.
Share throughout the year
Throughout the year, members work on topics related to their activities in order to share views, experience and ideas.
